Consults

Subscribing clients may request ‘Consults’ for clarifications, explanations and analysis of any events or aspects of the repair-chain industry.

◊ Consults are conducted via eMail and/or phone

◊ Subscribers are allotted ‘Consult’ hours with their initial subscriptions and renewals

 

Directed Research

Subscribers identity and submit topics – within the scope of the Guide – and request an overview and assessment (including likely impacts and strategic significance) relative to a segment of the vehicle-repair industry.  Within days, a preliminary draft   will be shared with the requester for collaborative review and refinement.  Then a final draft will be prepared and sent to the requester (and which is later added to the Guide’s Section III – Special Topics).  What would be very expensive and time-consuming investigation is now neither.

 

“Topics” as well as solution-types and firms to be added to Guide via subscribers making a 'Directed Research' request.

 

Guide Updates & Extensions

Subscribers will be provided with updates and extensions to the Guide Subscribers will be provided with updates and extensions to the Guide.

 

News & Analysis

Subscribers will receive news and  analysis (of announcements and events) via eMail.
